Your Safety Department, LLC - Class Cancellation Policy

Class fees must be paid at time of registration.  Material fees will be made payable to the instructor on first day of class. 

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone at 888-859-5653 or online here (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

Your Safety Department, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment; full refunds will be given at the time of cancellation.

Other Requirements

Most classes are designed for participants that are 18 year or older, unless otherwise indicated.

Class fees will not be pro-rated.  When registering, you must pay for the entire session regardless of the number of days or times you are able to attend.

If you have any concerns or special circumstances that could restrict a certain activity, please communicate those needs to the instructor.
